Cherry Creek Heights PUD is a multi phase development with the 3rd phase now open. Excellent view
lots ranging in size from 1/3 to 3/4 acres. Each phase contains open
space to be developed by Homeowners Association with additional
space to be developed into parks by Richmond City.
Phases are separated by natural ridges and landscaping. A scenic
trail system will be developed in the future.
Natural Gas, Telephone, Cable TV, Richmond City water and sewer are
included. Asphalt roads will be maintained by Richmond City.
